Buscamos a un profesional con experiência comprobada en ventas y atención al cliente para desempeñar el rol de **Customer Success and Sales**. La persona seleccionada será responsable de dar seguimiento a los leads generados, gestionar relaciones con los clientes, y garantizar la conversión exitosa de estos en ventas. Este rol es clave para asegurar el crecimiento de nuestra cartera de clientes y la satisfacción continua de nuestros usuarios.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Optimizar la usabilidad de nuestra plataforma (Volts platform) por parte de nuestros clientes
- Seguimiento proactivo de leads y gestión del embudo de ventas.
- Conversión de oportunidades en clientes a través de estrategias comerciales efectivas.
- Brindar asesoría personalizada a los clientes sobre nuevas implementaciones en nuestra plataforma de software, garantizando su satisfacción y fidelización.
- Desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes, asegurando que sus necesidades sean atendidas y maximizar el valor del cliente.
- Trabajar en colaboración con los equipos de marketing y producto para optimizar las estrategias de ventas.
- Realización de pitch de ventas y manejo de negociaciones.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en áreas afines como Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Relaciones Comerciales, Comunicación, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
- Experiência mínima de 2-3 años en ventas, atención al cliente o roles relacionados con customer success. _**Idealmente**_ en startups tipo SaaS
- Perfil comercial con habilidades probadas en negociación y cierre de ventas. Excelente capacidad de comunicación y trato con clientes.
