**Job Description: Sales Representative**
**Position Overview**:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling BEST's comprehensive range of services while developing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Identify and cultivate new opportunities in the industrial sector. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through tailored service promotion and presentations.
- **Negotiation and Account Management**: Negotiate terms to close deals while providing post-sale support to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Operational Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and oversee custom project requirements.
- **Goal Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets, monitor market trends, and generate performance reports.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries and issues proactively, serving as the link between clients and operations. Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- **Negotiation and Account Management**: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close business deals.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or corporate services.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the industrial landscape in San Luis Potosí.
- Valid driver’s license and local travel availability.
**Preferred Skills**:
- CRM proficiency and pipeline management expertise.
- Linkedin sales proficiency.
- Understanding of logistics, automotive sector, manufacturing, real estate, or event planning.
