**Acerca del Puesto**

Experiência de 1 o más años en atención directa al cliente, elaboración y seguimiento de operaciones con clave V1, F4, F5, A3 y R1, conocimientos en Ley Aduanero y su Reglamento, Reglas Generales en Comercio Exterior, Código Fiscal de la Federación, Diario Oficial relacionados a las claves de pedimentos descritas. Manejo de paquetería de Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), uso de reportes para la operación tanto para el cliente como para Uber Freight.

**Actividades Principales**
- Atención a clientes (Revisión, contestación de correos electrónicos y seguimiento a sus peticiones hasta que se cumplan).
- Revisiones de RRNA.
- Aperturas de previos consolidados
- Crear/Elaboración de tráficos o referencias.
- Llenado del pedimento conforme el anexo 22
- Glosa de datos básicos del pedimento
- Revisar regulaciones y restricciones no arancelarias de la mercancía.
- Validación y asegurarse que los pedimentos sean pagados.
- Mantener actualizado el reporte diario de operaciones.
- Generación de EDocuments y COVES.
- Seguimiento a posibles ISSUES.
- Apoyar al equipo.
- Salvaguardar la patente.
- Cumplimiento a procesos internos.
- Reportar a tiempo cualquier suceso.
- Armado de expedientes electrónicos (impresos sí es necesario) para entregar al departamento de facturación

**Cualificaciones Básicas**
- 0 -1 años de experiência relacionada
- Conocimiento en ley aduanera, comercio exterior y operaciones especiales
- Licenciatura concluida

**Cualificaciones Preferidas**
- Microsoft Excel
