**Job Details**

**DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL**:
Planificar, organizar, dirigir y controlar la administración interna del personal así como atender y brindar soluciones a los conflictos y/o problemas laborales que se presentan.

**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Atención al personal (gafetes, cartas, vacaciones, cambios de departamento, etc.).
- Relaciones Laborales (llamadas de atención, suspensiones, terminación de contratos, etc.)
- Asegurar que se cumpla con la Ley Federal del Trabajo y Reglamento Interior de Trabajo
- Asegurar cumplimiento con planes de acción referente a OHI, Engagement, Labor, etc.
- Sugerir y participar en mejoras de ambiente Laboral
- Apoyo a Eventos (10 de mayo, cumpleaños, graduaciones, torneo de deportes, día de padre, día de la mujer, feria de la salud)
- Actualización de información de los pizarrones
- Control de expedientes electrónicos en Work Day
- Control de situaciones especiales en las relaciones laborales y aplicación del RIT.
- Supervisión y control de los servicios de outsourcing, cafetería, limpieza, etc.
- Asegurarse contratación de la planta como sea requerido para personal Hourly.
- Organización de eventos y actividades para el bienestar e integración del personal.
- Coordinador de grupos de alto desempeño.(HPT)
- Administración de Comités Laborales y experto de punto estrellas de Gente Facultada.
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento de JCMS Gente Facultada.
- Colaborar con el departamento médico y seguridad para verificar las medidas adecuadas que resguarden la integridad de los trabajadores.
- Cumplimiento en el programa JCMS y Empowerd people.
- Aplicación de encuestas tanto laborales como para INDEX
- Otras Responsabilidades que determine su Jefe
- Participar en los entrenamientos asignados según el plan anual de capacitación
- Conservar en buen estado su equipo de computo
- Mantener la limpieza y organización de su área de trabajo (implementando las 5's.)
- Cumplir con los horarios establecidos en el área de trabajo.
- Participar en el cumplimiento aplicando la política de calidad.
- Participar con las políticas de seguridad de la empresa.
- Seguir las reglas y procedimientos de la empresa.

**ROLES Y RESPONSABILIDADES EN MATERIA DE SEGURIDAD Y MEDIO AMBIENTE**:

- Autoridad para realizar y ejecutar todos los roles y responsabilidades que se le asignen.
- Participar en las metas de seguridad y ambiental establecidas por la empresa.
- Reportar actos y condiciones inseguras, además de los casi accidentes (Near Miss)
- Participar, reforzar y seguir el reglamento interior de trabajo referente a seguridad.
- Uso apropiado y mantenimiento de equipo de protección personal.
- Participar en auditorías internas y externas del sistema de gestión ambiental y seguridad. (Politica ambiental y seguridad, aspectos ambientales e impactos, peligro y riesgo)
- Participar en cursos, pláticas o entrenamientos en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente según aplique.

**ESTUDIOS Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDAS**:

- Licenciatura en Administración de empresas o Carrera afín
- 3 años de experiência en área de recursos humanos
- Experiência en manejo de sistemas electrónicos para la administración de recursos humanos

**CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y REQUISITOS**:

- Conocimiento en aspectos legales (LFT,RIT.STPS, IMSS, INFONAVIT)
- Dominio de sistemas computacionales
- Liderazgo, comunicación y actitud de servicio
