**Accountabilities**:

- Execute purchase request using SAP, Ariba, Oracle, MyBuy Purchasing systems and processes
- Create capital and other goods and services (OG&S) purchase orders and receive invoices for capital projects
- Interact with suppliers and contractors to manage flow of purchase payment instructions and change orders
- Maintain and distribute purchase order packages to appropriate field personnel and authorized agents.
- Resolve purchase order and receipt of goods and services discrepancies.
- Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of the SAP, Oracle and Ariba purchasing systems.
- Provide training to new managers on purchasing policies and procedures, as needed.

Qualifications:
**What are we looking for?**
- Fluent in English required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar field preferred
- Procurement process knowledge and 0-1 years of relevant experience required
- Capital project, construction, accounting, or purchasing experience helpful
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
- Purchasing systems knowledge (Oracle, Ariba, SAP) helpful
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid computer skills with Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
