Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
This role is to provide
support for the Purchasing of Indirect materials, Services and Capital items for In Market Operations.
issuing Capital & Expense Purchase Orders and receiving invoices. This role also interacts with suppliers and contractors to manage the flow of
purchase payment instructions and change orders.
Your Impact
As a
Indirect Purchasing Analyst your functions would consist of:
- Demonstrate an understanding of Purchasing systems and processes
- Create capital and other goods and services (OG&S) purchase orders and receive invoices for capital projects
- Interact with suppliers and contractors to manage flow of purchase payment instructions and change orders
- Maintain and distribute purchase order packages to appropriate field personnel and authorized agents.
- Resolve purchase order and receipt of goods and services discrepancies.
- Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of the SAP, Oracle and Ariba purchasing systems.
- Provide training to new managers on purchasing policies and procedures, as needed.

Experience
- Fluent in English
- 13 years of Purchasing experience
- Procurement process knowledge required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
- Purchasing systems knowledge (Oracle, Ariba, SAP)
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
