**LATAM Business Process Design Manager**:
**Main Purpose**
- Responsible for the process agenda in Make organization, supporting the adoption of the GBS (Global Business Services) operating model across LATAM Supply Chain organization. _

- Process Management _- Identifies needs for standards, methodologies & frameworks related to LatAm Sales process management and organizational design and overall responsible for its design, development and deployment connecting with LatAm OM COE._- Monitor and measure Make process performance, especially on those that impact or contribute to the key indicators within the company’s scorecard._- Responsible to define and coordinate the effort to improve Make process maturity_
- Enterprise Process Model_- Manages the Make Macroprocess; ensuring that it represents how work is done in across the sector._
- Process Improvements_- Ensure alignment with the standards and guidelines._- Stewards standard and professional Make process documentation and mapping_
- Process Capabilities_- Strengthen “working-by-process” capability through education, training, awareness and communication campaign into the LatAm Make Function._

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications / Requirements**- Bachelor's degreed is required_- Advanced English is required_- At least 5 years' formal experience in operation, leading continuous improvement projects across functions_- Proven records in leading multifunctional team_- Proven program and project management skills for large scale programs_- Advanced knowledge in Visio, Power Point, Excel, Word & Project_- Outstanding program/project management skills_
