**Country Manager Mexico, Latam & Caribbean
***_MAIN PURPOSE_**
Manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals of the Brand in México, Latam and Caribbean.
Design and recommend sales and Marketing programs and set short and long-term sales strategies.
Establish procedures and manage the sales forecast.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Key responsibility 1**
Animation and development of the distribution network by implementing distribution policies defined in the Marketing Plan.
Evaluate, analyse and monitor dealer inventory and sell through to meet budget objectives and optimize the potential of each account.
Prepare and implement the Business and Marketing Plan for the assigned territory
**Key responsibility 2**
Clienteling, client facing and CRM activities focus in Mexico.
Client treatment.
Organization, activation and participation of watch fairs in Mexico and in the US with Dealers, Press and end clients.
**Key responsibility 3**
In collaboration with NYC, work on yearly marketing plans including but not limited to Media, Trade Events, CRM, Events, and VM.
Ensure Maison has best visibility and visual merchandising in every POS.
Research, develop and gather market information in the assigned territory and report to immediate supervisor about process and product trends
**Key responsibility 4**
Travel throughout assigned territory to evaluate markets, product, pricing trends.
Maintain on regular basis contact with customers to develop and to grow strong relationship with them.
Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales and distribution techniques and strategies to increase the brand's sales volume.
**Key responsibility 5**
Display or demonstrate product, using samples or catalogue, and emphasizes saleable features.
Generate sales quotations; handle customer's inquiries; quote prices and credit terms; obtain purchase orders from customers, prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and give to sales assistant for order processing and shipping.
Follow-up the shipping and documentation for assigned product.
Follow up on pick up and delivery of orders.
Assist the Credit Department in the collection process.
Perform customer visits as required for credit, collection and problem resolution
**Key responsibility 6**
Forecast sales by product and by territory.
Budget and sellout planning and monitoring
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
**Profile**
5 to 10 years experience in international sales and marketing field.
5 to 10 years experience in the sales and marketing of luxury products or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience managing and motivating a sales team.
Advanced English
