**Ingeniero de Calidad - Especialista en Soldadura**

**Educación**:Ingeniería Industrial, mecánica o afín.

**Áreas de experiência**:2 años en puestos similares. Calidad, Manufactura, Ingeniería, Producción.

Inglés intermedio (Deseable)

**Objetivo del puesto**:Asegurar que se de cumplimiento a las especificaciones de ingeniería, así como a los distintos códigos (ASME, AWS) sobre los procesos de soldadura, fabricación y certificación de soldadores. Apoyar en la formación y certificación del personal operativo para los procesos de soldadura (GMAW & Brazing), además de participación activa en nuevas introducciones de producto (proyectos), solución de problemas e implementaciones innovadoras en soldadura.

**Funciones principales**:
Analizar, determinar causa raíz y solución a los problemas detectados en los procesos de soldadura que impacten en Scrap, FPY (fugas) y Retrabajos, siguiendo la metodología de 8D´s.

Implementación de propuestas innovadoras en los distintos procesos de soldadura (GMAW & Brazing).

Manejo e interpretación de códigos y especificaciones.

Realización de auditorías y seguimiento de oportunidades detectadas para su corrección.

Evaluación, certificación y seguimiento a personal operativo para las áreas de soldadura.

Gestión y manejo del área de entrenamiento de soldadura.

Actualización y mejoras en los programas del robot de soldadura.

Participar activamente en la madurez y robustez de los procesos operativos con el uso de los AMEF de Proceso, planes de control y certificación de procesos (ProCert), así como nuevas introducciones (NPI).

Conocimiento en planes de control.

Programacion y ajustes en soldaduras y robots.
