**Propósito de la posición**

Ser el ejecutor de la estrategia e identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Enfocándose en las innovaciones.

**¿Qué harás en tu día a día?**
- Desarrollar el plan de marketing a partir de guide-lines globales, analizando el entorno competitivo y de las tendencias del mercado, así como de la situación de la marca para cubrir esos gaps y ganarle a la competencia
- Evaluar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para la marca, para maximizar el volumen de esta e incrementar la disponibilidad de producto en diferentes ocasiones de consumo (nuevos productos), haciendo crecer la rentabilidad del negocio.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollar planes de acción.
- Participar en la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de innovación, asegurando la alineación con los procesos de Nestlé.
- Gestionar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave y canales de distribución.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas en marketing y ventas.
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución del plan de marketing supervisando los reportes directos y las áreas de soporte para lograr el objetivo planteado en cada actividad

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Experiência de 2 3 años en ventas o haber trabajado en estrecha colaboración con equipos de ventas, demostrando habilidades para identificar oportunidades y desarrollar estrategias conjuntas.
- Experiência en una empresa de alimentos o bebidas
- Capacidad de convencimiento y fácil aprendizaje
- Nível avanzado de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
- Licenciatura concluida
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes y socios comerciales
