- Responsible for the spot and tactical buying process, including supplier selection, negotiation with suppliers, and reporting savings.
- Execute standardized tactical buying processes, utilizing appropriate tactical buying tools and conducting negotiations.
- Achieve SLA targets and maintain the appropriate control environment to ensure quality and service standards.
- Support users in the development of specifications to gather detailed user requirements and supplier expectations.
- Use the client’s tactical buying system to process requests and increase myBUY adoption.
- Identify potential vendors and obtain quotes as needed, following the company’s policy.
- Improve the purchasing process, considering procurement policies regarding budget amounts.
- Support users with doubts and comments regarding the review of the PRs created.
- Help ensure the achievement of the myBUY automation target.
- Participate in periodic meetings with myBUY’s Extended Team and Category Managers.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes.
- Perform a monthly analysis of the managed spend.
- Lead training sessions for category users.
- Develop and support additional projects to increase myBUY adoption.

**Your Impact**

As a Tactical Buyer, your responsibilities would consist of:

- Reviewing all non-catalog requisitions (Spot, Tactical, Strategic) to ensure they are aligned with PepsiCo & GP policies and procedures.
- Quoting with the correct number of suppliers according to policy and seeking the best commercial option for the company.
- Maintaining constant communication with MSOs, COEs, Vendors, and Users to obtain accurate quotes and measure performance, delivery fulfillment, and the quality of items/services.
- During negotiations, considering the needs and specifications of the users.
- Approving/denying requisitions according to the threshold within the SLAs.
- Having knowledge of all procurement processes, policies, categories, and vendors.
- Supporting all myBUY users with their functional and operational queries.
- Keeping track of all reviewed requisitions to generate KPIs.
- Tracking and reporting Spend, Productivity, and Automation by month.

Qualifications:

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree

**Experience**
- Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand the processes.
- Good MS Excel skills
- Experience with creating and delivering analysis to internal and external customers
- Portuguese - Advanced
- English - Basic/Intermediate
