In this role, you will oversee and support the daily operations of several Western Union branches.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Managing several branch/store locations.
- Ensure the stores adheres to company policies, while increasing sales transactions exceeding transaction quota gross profit margin expectations.
- Work to create and maintain appropriate levels of focus, operational integrity and control strategies for the business, ensuring acceptable cash handling procedures, audit results and adherence to legal, corporate and regulatory procedures.
- Meet business goals.
**Role Requirements**
- Be a student or have a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years as Supervisor.
- Advanced English level is required.
- You must have good time management and organizational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across multi functions and multi levels.
- At least three years’ experience working in a multinational environment with recruitment-related responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A detail-oriented personality, with the ability to multitask and work proactively and independently.
- Good communication skills and understanding of a multicultural environment are required.
