Our company, Wellness Diagnostics & Medispa is one of the fastest growing medical spas in the United States. Our practice is known for helping our clients transform their lives through skin treatments, laser hair removal, body contouring and other medical procedures. Our track record as a medical spa has made us one of the most well-known medispas in California.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound warm calls to prospective members and take calls from new clients who are contacting the office
- Develops and maintains a network and portfolio of contacts to help identify and source new clients for medispa treatments
- Call and follow up on all leads provided by the practice
- Maintain and update lead information before and after communication attempts
- Upsell other services and treatments to new and current clients
- Reach out to prior members offering specials, discounts, new treatments and other programs/services
- Fill out reports during low volume call periods and assist in back-office administration
- Follow up on appointments that did not show or were not closed
- Complete invoices for treatment plans
- Greet patients virtually and ensure EMRs are finished before seeing the doctor
- Communicate with in-office staff to guarantee the client experience is enjoyable and efficient
- Maintain strong professional relationships with management and doctors
- Perform other office tasks as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- Must be bilingual (English required, B2 minimum; conversational and above)
- Customer Service: 2 years required
- Medispa Experience preferred
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office products (Word & Excel specifically)
- Strong knowledge of Zoom and how to use breakout rooms
- Comfortability using Facebook Messenger to communicate
- Must have Apple products (iPhone required, iPad and Macbook preferred; softwares are Apple specific and will NOT work with Windows products)
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clear and pleasant phone manner
