**About Us**:
Credsy is a rapidly expanding SAAS platform specializing in licensing and credentialing, serving a diverse range of healthcare organizations and individual providers. Our mission is to streamline operations, transforming the complex processes of credentialing into a seamless and efficient experience, thereby optimizing healthcare delivery.

We're on an upward trajectory, innovating the credentialing process and providing superior service for healthcare providers and companies in the North American market. We're currently seeking a dedicated Remote Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

As a Remote Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be driving Credsy's growth by focusing on both cold calling and inbound lead management. This includes lead generation, qualification, and conversion from our various channels, with an emphasis on turning leads into long-term clients. You will be interacting extensively with prospective clients, nurturing existing relationships, and actively participating in the development and execution of our sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identifying, managing, and converting leads into clients.

2. Conducting cold calls to uncover new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.

3. Nurturing and enhancing relationships with existing clients.

4. Actively contributing to the development and execution of innovative sales strategies.

5. Navigating complex sales processes and managing high-stress situations.

6. Suggesting improvements to optimize the sales process within the healthcare industry.

7. Upholding a positive team environment and maintaining high levels of professionalism.

**Qualifications**:
1. High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

2. A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the SAAS or healthcare sector.

3. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

5. Proven ability to manage high-stress situations and multitask effectively.

6. Resilience to overcome sales objections and rejections.

7. Quick adaptability to changing circumstances and fast learning abilities.

8. A proven track record of success in similar roles.

9. Experience in SAAS or healthcare industry sales is beneficial.

10. Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator

**Working Hours**:
This is a full-time, remote position requiring an 8-hour daily work schedule. Flexibility may be required to accommodate different time zones.

**Compensation**:
We offer a competitive base salary plus commission structure. As Credsy continues to expand, we remain committed to providing substantial opportunities for professional development and advancement within the role.

**Final Note**:
Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
