Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
**What you will do/ Your day to day**
- Perform P&L and Balance Sheet forecasting, reporting, and operational/accuracy metrics tracking
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Work closely with support areas, (such as Commercial, Operation, Supply Chain, etc) to track performance, forecast, report and challenge forecast.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data, and making comparative analyses.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of forecasting models, standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends
- Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives
- Close tracking and reporting of operating and Financial KPIs such as Headcount, Funcitional Spend, Financial Ratios, etc.

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- ANALYSIS SKILLS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work with many parties.
- Leadership and Drive, Self-thought, self-managed.
- Basic understanding of internal and external customer needs is required to make effective/informed decisions.
- Ability to consolidate, manipulate and analyze large quantities of data.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Ability to bridge between actual, plan and forecast, analyzing mix impacts and summarizing in management reports.
- Provide recommendations based on interpretation of results.
- Ability to design/create queries and understands what creates the output.
- Creates basic spreadsheet macros.
- Ability to design custom queries in job-related software.
- Understanding of the relationships between the various tools.
- Understand how to use political structure in the organization and how to get things done using that structure.

**Background and Experiences**
- Desirable degrees: Lic. En Finanzas, Lic. en Contaduría, Lic. En Administración de Empresas, Ing. Industrial y de Sistemas
- 3+ years experience or related experience in Financial Analysis.
- Fluent English
- SAP experience, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and G Suite
