**Summary**:
We are looking for a financially driven commission-based Sales person whose main role will be converting potential leads into confirmed booked appointments. This is a commission based role only.
The eagerness to learn may be indicated by doing activities such as reading through all recommended material/watching training material/completing own research outside of minimum requirements of the role.
We’re looking for business-focused team players who can achieve results and show strong organisational and writing skills.
As you’ll be one of the main points of contact for our prospective clients or customers and give them their first impression of the company, you’ll need a polite, professional manner and a positive, proactive attitude, to know all about the company and our services, and to be confident when speaking with prospective clients or customers.
Excellent spoken English with a neutral/charismatic accent is important.
**Responsibilities & Tasks**:
- Acquiring new clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging existing contacts and turning them into sales opportunities
- Understanding the educational services offered by Ucademy and selling them effectively
- Self-motivated person with excellent verbal skills
- Be available to SET between 8am GMT- 7pm GMT. We would expect you to SET within 30 minutes of new Lead being generated.
**What You will get**:

- Weekly meeting with the sales team.
- Uncapped commission based structure - effectively earning as much effort as you put in.
**Salary**: $88.54 per hour
**Experience**:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
