**About the Role**:

We're looking for a driven Sales professional who can convert potential leads into confirmed booked appointments. This role focuses on commission-based sales and requires a self-motivated individual with excellent verbal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

Grow, maintain, and leverage existing contacts to turn them into sales opportunities.
- Understand and effectively sell Ucademy's educational services.
- Be available to set up calls between 8am GMT and 7pm GMT, responding within 30 minutes of new lead generation.

**What You'll Get**:

- Regular meetings with the sales team to discuss performance and growth opportunities.
- Uncapped commission-based structure, allowing you to earn as much as your effort.

**Requirements**:

2+ years of sales experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in English (required).
