Job Description

General Description:
Planning and development strategies to meet business goals related to employee engagement.

Provides general expertise to management on labor dispute, business ethic and government compliance, or may be responsible for other select functions within Human Resources.

Key responsibilities
- Resolve Labor dispute
- Manage Mexico recognition program
- Maintain communication with area staff and upper management
- Lead Employee performance program
- Employees information protection management
- Participate as an active member in Industry Professional Associations.
- Control Employee Services budget
- Partner with other Human Resources Leaders in the implementation of talent development strategies
- Maintain a solid relationship with services vendors for employees
- Promote engagement strategy for the manufacturing operations
- Maintain data accuracy on employee management systems

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of significant experience as Human Resources Partner in a global company
- 5+ years of experience managing & developing teams in manufacturing environment.
- Have worked in large manufacturing multisite with at least 2,000 employees
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Ability to advise and influence at all levels throughout the organization
- Ability to prioritizes projects and objectives to navigate in a matrixed environment
- Experience in artfully conveys even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
- Knowledge in labor laws to advise and coach stakeholders in the organization.
