HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and versatile **HR administrator** to join our team. This role will involve managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and general office management and administration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
**Employee Relations**
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on company HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
**HR Administration**
- Maintain accurate HR records and documents
- Prepare HR-related reports and metrics as required by local authorities
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
