The Role

We're seeking an Employee Relations Administrator to join our Tier 1 Employee and Manager Support Section of the Global Business Centre. As part of this team, you'll play a key role in ensuring administration underpinning all Employee Relations processes is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice and support to Employees and People Managers on basic Employee Relations process queries;
  • Identifying and escalating sensitive or complex cases to Tier 2 Specialists;
  • Supporting the formal case cycle and coordinating case management using required technology and methods of communication;
  • Coordinating and delivering training and development to People Managers to enable them to manage and develop their teams effectively;
  • Monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and raising issues for follow-up with HR Advisors and People Managers;
  • Completing regular and ad-hoc report requests;
  • Ensuring a positive experience for all Employees and People Managers, even in challenging situations, by maintaining respect and delivering excellent customer service;
  • Maintaining up-to-date, relevant and accessible information and guidance for Employees and People Managers through legislative and statutory updates to the Knowledge base articles.

Qualifications and Skills

You'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field;
  • A recognized HR qualification;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders, including Employees, Managers, HR Centres of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Operations, Finance and Regulatory bodies;
  • High-level English language proficiency, as it's the most widely spoken language in Kerry;
  • Knowledge of employment law and local regulations, as well as GDPR and data privacy laws, employee relations case law, disciplinary, grievance and long-term absence best practices.

Compensation

This role offers an estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
