Your day to day
As the EB Expert in our team you will have high autonomy and be responsible for enhancing our employer brand image, supporting the recruitment team, and managing all aspects of social media exposure.
While establishing a compelling and authentic employer brand that attracts top talent and fosters a positive internal culture you will have:

What you bring to the team
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with organizational goals and recruitment needs.
- Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting research and analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and opportunities for improvement in employer branding efforts.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills to develop innovative and engaging employer branding content across various platforms.
- Passion for Employee Experience: Genuine passion for creating positive employee experiences and driving employee engagement through employer branding initiatives.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market trends in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset to interpret data, measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Highly organized with strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences and accurately represents the company culture.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the recruitment & human resources team and senior leadership, to ensure alignment of employer brand with company values and culture.
