This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls from guests, providing expert assistance and offering additional options to enhance their experience. - Sell cruises and upsell add-on services/products to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue. - Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand guests' preferences and deliver personalized recommendations. - Exceed quality phone standards and consistently meet or surpass monthly performance targets.
