Necesitamos a alguien con mucha energía, capaz de contagiarnos de buena vibra y de apoyarnos a tener el control de nuestros recursos, es por ello que buscamos a nuestro próximo** INSIDE SALES TEAM LEADER.**
**Descripción del empleo** ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones como Team Leader?**
- Gestión diaria del equipo comercial
- Revisión del pipeline y negocios creados por cada consultor.
- Planeación semanal del forecast del equipo a cargo.
- Seguimiento diario sobre las actividades comerciales de cada consultor (llamadas, negocios, etc.).
- Diagnosticar y entrenar a los consultores para que cumplan los procesos comerciales y sus metas.
- Análisis de cartera, dominio de indicadores comerciales
- Análisis de rentabilidad (distribuciones)
- Certificar y asegurar que el equipo comercial utilice las herramientas comerciales durante todo el proceso.
- Asegurar que el equipo tenga el conocimiento completo sobre producto.
**Requisitos** ¿Qué necesitas para formar parte de este gran equipo?**
Experiência liderando equipos de VENTAS TELEFÓNICAS OUTBOUND (gestión de bases frías, contacto en frío, cierre en frío)
Resultados comprobables manejando equipo de alto rendimiento; muy orientado al análisis de data para generación de insights y mejoras en KPI's. Call Center de Ventas
Industrias de Tecnología, Financiera y Salud, Si tienes experiência en startup es un plus para el equipo.
Disponibilidad para laborar de lunes a viernes en formato 100% PRESENCIAL (considera las oficinas en Polanco/Palmas).
Manejo de CRM y herramientas de gestión de llamadas (Aircall, Talkdesk).
INGLÉS INTERMEDIO (preferente)
Buen manejo de la tecnología

- Salario base $20,000 a $25,000 brutos al mes, comisiones NO TOPADAS con base a objetivos individuales y por equipo
