If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a **HSES Site Project Manager **, reporting directly to Project Construction Director to join our team based in Ensenada, BC, Mex.

**About the Job**

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to: Coordinates and implements integrated HSES Management systems for a site or project. Advises and offers solution to Site Managers in all aspects of HSES Risk Management.

Provides guidance to other less experienced team members. Develops and implements creative HSES solutions compatible with Project constraints (schedule, cost, quantity) without jeopardizing HSES issues.

**Main accountabilities;**
- Participates in the HSES strategy definition
- Forecasts, plans, schedules, and supervises work of HSES employees
- Implements and administers established HSES policies, procedures, and practices to meet requirements
- Ensures connection between HSES functions and supervises their joint work to assure compliance with organization and government HSES standards
- Collaborates with employees and supervisors to identify and correct potential environmental, safety, security and health hazards
- Prepares governmental reports and participates in representation with outside agencies
- Identifies and analyses trends regarding the recurrence of HSES related events and provides feedback to Projects as necessary

**About You**

- Qualification: Engineering Degree
- Experiences in: More than 10 years experience in EPC Project for the Oil & Gas industry
- Languages: Fluent English
