Somos una empresa ubicada en **San Pedro Garza García**, Nuevo León; enfocada a ofrecer servicios de **consultoría **en temas **estratégicos **de Recursos Humanos para empresas de diferentes giros.

Tu misión será apoyar en los proyectos de estandarización, sistematización y análisis de información y riesgos tanto de clientes internos como externos. Auxiliar de propuesta y desarrollo de nuevos productos enfocados a los servicios del área de consultoria.

**ACTIVIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Participar en juntas con clientes internos y externos, proveedores.
- Elaboración de documentos, guías y procesos acorde a proyectos establecidos
- Generación de reportes para la toma de decisiones estratégicas
- Recabar y conglomerar información para el análisis de datos y riesgos de la organización
- Apoyar en análisis y búsquedas de oportunidad de automatización de los procesos
- Realizar evaluaciones constantes de la información y de los procesos para su evaluación y búsqueda de mejora
- Informar acerca de inconsistencias, riesgos y problemas al Consultor de Datos, compensaciones y proyectos
- Apoyar en la identificación de problemas, riesgos y problemas asociados a los procesos, así como posibles acciones de mitigación (colaborado con las áreas involucradas)
- Mantener actualizada la documentación de todas las políticas y procesos operativos de la empresa
- Brindar soporte técnico en cualquier herramienta de uso interno
- Mantener limpia las bases de datos interna de la organización (One Drive, Viterbit)
- Permanecer en constante investigación y actualización de metodologías de tecnologías para la gestión y documentación de procesos y riesgos

**Área de Datos**
- Enfoque en estandarización y sistematización de procesos
- Recabación y conglomeración de información para el análisis de datos y riesgos
- Generación de reportes y tableros para la toma de decisión estratégica
- Auxiliar de propuesta y desarrollo de nuevos productos enfocados a los servicios del área de Consultoría



**Requisitos**:

- Interes por áreas de recursos humanos.
- Disponibilidad de minimo de 25 horas por semana.
- Experiência en base de datos
- Dominio y conocimiento de excel a nível intermedio - avanzado
- Deseable conocimiento en base de datos relacionales y no relacionales
- Conocimiento en documentación y estandarización de procesos
- Deseable conocimiento en técnicas de análisis y administración de procesos
- Conocimientos en Data Storytelling.
- Inglés Intermedio / Avanzado.
