**Job Description**:
Resumen de responsabilidades:

- Observar, analizar y proponer mejoras para las tareas diarias de Front Desk, Botones y Valet Parking.
- Garantizar que los agentes de Recepción, Botones y Valet Parking ofrezcan los más altos níveles de hospitalidad y servicio.
- Ayudar con tareas administrativas relacionadas con las finanzas, capacitación, contratación, mejoras del departamento, relacionadas al personal y los procesos.
- Seguimiento y medición de las métricas del departamento para que estás sean cumplidas.

Funciones específicas:

- Dar la bienvenida y asistir a los huéspedes con el proceso de Check-in y Check-out con estándares de lujo y de manera sofisticada.
- Realizar tareas o funciones del agente de Recepción y/o supervisor de Recepción en caso de ser necesario.
- Resolver problemas o situaciones relacionadas con pagos, asignaciones, solicitudes y/o quejas de huéspedes.
- Abordar las quejas de los huéspedes o clientes de una manera muy amable, eficaz y profesional.
- Anticiparse a las necesidades y/o requisitos de los huéspedes, encontrar alternativas en caso de cualquier inconveniente, problema o insatisfacción.
- Trabajar con el equipo de liderazgo de Front Office de la propiedad para identificar e implementar planes de acción que eviten que se repitan los problemas o situaciones poco favorables con los huéspedes.

**Qualifications**:

- Conocimientos en Opera Cloud y sistemas de reservaciones
- Inglés fluido hablado, escrito y comprendido como requisito indispensable
- Conocimiento de estándares de lujo en Hotelería
- Manejo y negociación de conflictos
- Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo
- Experiência en Hoteles de lujo en puesto de supervisión o gerencia de Front Desk
