**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a professional part-time Customer Feedback and Survey Agent to engage with clients approved for credit. This role involves collecting feedback on their experiences and facilitating survey participation, with incentives provided upon completion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to clients to gather insightful feedback
- Facilitate survey completion and manage the distribution of gift cards
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 12 pm - 5 pm (CST)
**Compensation**:
- Monthly gross salary of $10,000 MXN, inclusive of $1,000 in food vouchers and $1,000 in restaurant vouchers
- Legal benefits included
**Qualifications**:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
