**Minimum Requirements**:

- Business Administration, International relations, Commercial, or career in order
- 3 - 5 years work experience in Customer Service B2B
- Advanced English
- SAP
- INCOTERMS

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide and meet the requirements to guarantee an optimal exchange of information within the division and globally with the International Customer Service.
- Quotation creation and delivery monitoring that these are prepared quickly in collaboration with pricing and on the basis of agreed minimum order quantities, wholesale prices, additional packaging charges, payment and delivery terms, transport, etc.
- Ensure follow-up of customer orders until delivery according to INCOTERM or established delivery conditions
- Ensure that orders are entered and confirmed in the system once availability checks and order processing have been completed, as well as confirmation to all customers.
- Respond to all requests from internal and external clients made by mail, telephone or in person
- Ensure compliance with the entry of the customer's master data, as well as guarantee that the customer's master data is continuously updated and develop the correct filters for the modification of the master data.
- Assist that internal and external customer visits are organized and supported in consultation with the divisions involved.
- Assist in the regular monitoring of contracts, prices, order quantities, batch sizes, delivery packaging and payment and delivery conditions specific to each client, and the creation of the corresponding regional evaluations.
- Ensure that customer complaints are processed appropriately and punctually in collaboration with notification management and colleagues responsible for Sales and according to the quality claims service procedure.
- Provide support and attention from all to the requests for documentation for the commercialized products.
- Enter all credit notes on time and ensure their written support.
