**Objetivo del puesto**:Impulsar la eficiencia de la organización con enfoque centrado en el cliente y seguimiento a los pedidos asegurando una satisfacción completa del cliente en su compra y futuras re-compras. Fomentar la mejora de programas, procesos, escalar el negocio hacia un crecimiento continuo. Siendo a su vez la persona responsable de administrar y manejar todo tipo de comunicación al cliente final.
- **Competencias**:Administración del tiempo, motivación por el trabajo por objetivos. Deberá ser muy apegada a los procesos.
- **Habilidades**:en el idioma inglés oral y escrito. De ventas. Analíticas para interpretación de datos. Tener habilidades claras de persuasión con el cliente.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
- **Atenderá al cliente estadounidense principalmente, así como lo nacional** *
- Canales: WhatsApp, redes, teléfono y atención a clientas en persona dentro del Atelier.
- Lograr la meta de ventas mensual con cuota por canal.
- Llevará un calendario de actividades alineado a la planeación estratégica de marketing y ventas.
- Crear un embudo de venta (fases de venta).
- Crear estrategias de captación de clientes en frío.
- Seguimiento de cartera de clientes.
- Aprenderá de Shopify y Alimentar sitio web-Shopify.
- Administrará y analizará información del CRM.
- Llevará un nível de seguimiento ordenado y basado en métricas que indiquen la prioridad de los clientes y sus acciones a tomar.
- Debe garantizar la atención al cliente dando la experiência de la marca en todo momento (filosofía Entos), desde generar un Lead hasta generar una re-compra.
- Llevará apego al plan comercial de la marca en todas sus estrategias de venta y seguimiento de clientes, para aumentar el porcentaje de cierre de todas las campañas que comerciales vigentes.
- Aportar creatividad para encontrar formas de mejorar procesos y comunicación con el cliente.
- Entregará el avance de sus Indicadores de desempeño (KPI´s) semanal en junta de departamentos.
- Cumplir con la atención en físico con los clientes dentro del Atelier
**REQUERIMIENTOS**:
- Idiomas: bilingüe español-inglés (INDISPENSABLE)
- Gusto por la atención y servicio al cliente. Experiência mínima de 2 años en ventas.
- Sexo: Indistinto.
- Software: Excel medio y CRM.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y manejo de relaciones.
- Experiência mínima de 1 años en ventas en alguna Tienda de ropa.
Tipo de puesto: Por periodo de prueba
Duración del contrato: 3 meses
Salario: A partir de $2,500.00 a la semana
