You will have the chance to work alongside some of the most talented professionals in the industry and to leverage our deep understanding of the Toronto real estate market to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

**Job Description**:
Qualifications:
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience as an appointment setter or sales rep.
- Prior Real estate experience - preferred not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Experience using a CRM.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry will be an advantage.
- Socially confident and outgoing when building new business relationships.
- Adept at negotiation and sales or confident to grow in those areas.
- Desire to learn and grow in knowledge of real-estate.
- Tech Savvy.
- Native English dialect.
- Quiet Workspace.
- Strong Internet connection min 10mb/s.
- Ability to work during Eastern Time 10-6.
Compensation:
The Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist role is a full-time position that pays an annual salary of MX $248,680 - MX $330,040. The pay structure is Full time Hourly + Commission.
