- Liderar la asistencia técnica/comercial a toda la cadena de valor agregado trabajando con distribuidores y consumidores finales asegurando un fuerte conocimiento de la cartera y rentabilidad comercial
- Compartir el conocimiento de la empresa con el mercado realzando la importancia de la nutrición en la rentabilidad de los cultivos
- Trabajar directamente con ingenieros agrónomos técnicos, líderes de producto, ingenieros comerciales en los distribuidores actuales y potenciales con el fin de aumentar la participación en el portafolio de productos del distribuidor.
- Identificar cultivos objetivo donde la cartera de productos técnicos puede agregar valor y rentabilidad
- Diseñar y realizar pruebas de campo para probar y mostrar los beneficios del portafolio de productos
- Coordinar con el director comercial una estrategia comercial para alcanzar el objetivo de ventas
- Conocer los requerimientos nutricionales del cultivo para diseñar un plan de nutrición basado en el portafolio de productos y poder cerrar ventas para el distribuidor.
- Identificar oportunidades y cerrar tratos de venta para el distribuidor
- Proporcionar charlas técnicas (dirigidas comercialmente) para reforzar el conocimiento y la diferenciación de la marca.
- Identificar nuevos Distribuidores en la región (tantos como sea necesario) para cumplir y alcanzar las metas del día a día
- Identificar oportunidades de ganar participación con el distribuidor y en el mercado
**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:
- Licenciatura en Agronomía
- Conocimientos en fisiología y nutrición vegetal (Fertilizantes solubles)
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en la región Alto nível de energía
- Amplio conocimiento del mercado de la región.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Perfil comercial
- Inglés intermedio
- Disponibilidad para viajar conduciendo en su región
**Qué Ofrecemos**:
Sueldo: $40,000 - $47,000
