Team Overview:
You’ll take the lead in shaping strategies and launching operational projects that enhance the marketplace experience for both restaurants and users. You’ll work closely with the restaurant operations team and user operations teams, gaining insights into the unique needs of different markets and business areas.

Role Responsibilities:

- Responsible to analysis how to offer different restaurant to platform users base on different user types and consumption scenarios. Translate finding to product and algorithm strategy.
- Defining the quality and potential of restaurants and analysis who are their potential target users. Use operation tool to help them get those relevant traffic and growth their business.
- Exploring new projects and analytical effort to continuously discover opportunities on improving platform traffic and conversion rate.

Role Qualifications:

- 2+ years of operations or data analytical experience.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to make solid business decisions and evaluate performance based on data.
- Strong sense of responsibility, executive ability, self-driven and quick learning ability.
- Strong communication skills, practical, patient and meticulous.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Passion in food industry.
