Team Overview:
You will be working closely with our restaurant and sales teams to help businesses grow on DiDi Food platform. From a comprehensive business point of view, you will construct strategies for different types of restaurants and under various busines scenarios, as well as to follow the execution of strategies from end to end.
Role Responsibilities:
1.From Restaurant and Sales point of view, conducting a series of topic analysis and strategy planning on the topic of restaurant onboarding, growth and operations.
2.Completing relevant data and analysis, conducting restaurant and benchmark studies, can form clear product and operation suggestions
3.Assisting the decision making of those key suggestions, assisting the landing and follow up, can continuously improve and accumulate experiences
Role Qualifications:
1.More than 5 years experience related to merchant operations, strategy or product operations, understand well merchant and / or sales operations
2.Target oriented, good structured thinking and communications, experience in managing complex cross-team collaboration, responsible and reliable
3.Fluent in English
4.Data analysis skills will be a plus
