**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Team ambassador and IAM Project Lead. Interfaces directly with the business, Project Managers, portfolio owners and other IT support personnel to provide SME-level Identity guidance and project support. ( 30%)
- Periodically reviews pre-existing security based configurations, implements reconciliation activities and facilitates the creation of various access control reporting used to provide Security team guidance and awareness. (15%)
- Performs daily identity management tasks associated to the general upkeep and enhancement of MIM technology, leveraging knowledge of AD, LDS, SQL, and other custom tools. (5%)

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree with IT field of study required.
- Other Education / Certifications: Selection of security and technology certifications and/or equivalent proven work experience
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and local language.
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

**Working Conditions**:

- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- On-call availability required as necessary.
- Some travel required.
