BauahausIT empresa especializada en TI está en la búsqueda de un El CRM Support Specialist Sr, será responsable del desarrollo, mantenimiento y soporte de reportes y tableros en las diferentes herramientas de reporte dentro de la caja de herramientas de la empresa: PowerBI y MS D365. Además, soporte técnico D365.

Como especialista sénior en soporte de CRM, debe tener un conocimiento sólido de las entidades, los flujos de trabajo, las configuraciones, los informes, los tableros y el modelo de seguridad de Dynamics CRM, y trabajará junto con el equipo comercial para crear diseños, visualizaciones, informes y análisis ad-hoc. de problemas, mejoras. Asegurarse de que toda la documentación esté completa, se establezcan y se cumplan las mejores prácticas.

**Requisitos**
- Se requiere licenciatura en informática o sistemas de información.
- Residentes en Ciudad de México.
- Ingles Intermedio
- Mínimo de 4 años de Herramienta CRM (Dynamics)
- Mínimo de 4 años de experiência en desarrollo SQL
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiência comercial en áreas de informes y análisis de TI.
- MS Dynamics CRM 365, JavaScript,.Net, C#, SQL Server, PowerBI
- **Principales responsabilidades**:

- Interactuar con los clientes para comprender los requisitos comerciales
- Desarrollar y mantener informes nuevos y actuales
- Desarrolla y administra reportes y tableros en las diferentes herramientas de reporte dentro de la caja de herramientas de la empresa: PowerBI(P) y MS D365(M).
- Soporte de la aplicación, incluida la solución de problemas de la aplicación
- Creación y configuración de formularios, vistas y flujos de trabajo de CRM
- Estimación de la finalización de las tareas
- Diseña y desarrolla visualizaciones y soluciones de análisis de datos ad-hoc para dar soporte a las áreas de negocio.
- **Comportamientos críticos requeridos**:

- Un gran oyente para comprender realmente los desafíos y puntos débiles del usuario.
- Un jugador de equipo que trabaja con varios roles de TI a nível regional y global.
- Buena comprensión de la arquitectura de datos.
- Buen conocimiento con diferentes herramientas y marcos disponibles incluyendo PowerBI, MS D365.
- Buen conocimiento en entidades, flujos de trabajo, configuraciones, informes, paneles y modelo de seguridad de Dynamics CRM
- Una comprensión de la analítica avanzada.
- Buenas habilidades de colaboración y comunicación
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar en varios proyectos (scrum o Waterfall) con prioridades y plazos competitivos
- MS Dynamics CRM: SDK (MS.Net C#), redacción de informes, instalación, configuración y personalizaciones
- Experiência en servicios de informes de MS SQL Server y SSRS
