**Responsabilidades**:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos establecidos en la región asignada.
- Identificar oportunidades para expandir la base de clientes y mejorar la satisfacción del cliente a través de la oferta de soluciones adecuadas.
- Establecer relaciones sólidas con planificadores de cocina, chefs y otros actores clave en la industria.
- Utilizar Salesforce para gestionar el ciclo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre, asegurando que toda la información se registre y se mantenga actualizada.
- Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Organizar y participar en eventos y ferias comerciales para promover los productos y servicios de la empresa.
- Proporcionar informes regulares sobre el estado de las ventas y el progreso hacia los objetivos establecidos.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos, como marketing y atención al cliente, para asegurar que se ofrezcan soluciones integrales a los clientes.
**Requisitos**:
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o campo relacionado.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria de la alimentación o el equipamiento culinario.
- Experiência operando en un entorno de ventas B2B (Business to Business).
- Dominio de Salesforce u otras herramientas de gestión de relaciones con los clientes.
- Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales y capacidad para construir relaciones a largo plazo con clientes y socios.
- Actitud proactiva y orientada a resultados.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la región asignada.
