Validate and ensure compliance with the Customer requirements and specifications on the production floor of assembly plant 1 and plant 2, maintaining compliance with Inalfa’ s guidelines and policies.

Preparatoria, Técnico superior universitario, Ingeniería trunca, Ingeniería.
**Experiência **Requerida**:
2 años de experiência como técnico de calidad proveedores o técnico de calidad.
3 años de experiência en la industria automotriz.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Inspeccionar y liberar los componentes recibidos en planta 1 y planta 2 en tiempo y con apego a las instrucciones y procedimientos definidos.
- Organizar y registrar la contención de los componentes en caso necesario.
- Asegurar que el componente no conforme sea identificado y segregado correctamente para su disposición.
- Elaborar, difundir, controlar y preservar las alertas de calidad determinadas de los componentes a partir de reclamos de cliente y las adicionales definidas por Coordinador de Metrología en menos de 24 horas a partir de la notificación.
- Asegurar que las marcas de certificación establecidas en los componentes sean colocadas durante las contenciones y sorteos del material, notificar a la producción y calidad planta sobre la identificación del material en orden.
- Asegurar el movimiento de material detenido a nível componente tanto en físico como en sistema a locación I500 y nave 2 para posterior revisión del material y determinar si cumple con las especificaciones.
- Participar en el programa de ideas de mejora de manera constante, al menos 1 idea por mes.
- Dar soporte al área de empaques para la revisión y liberación de material recibido con daños de empaque.
- Recopilar y documentar evidencia sobre las pruebas destructivas y/o funcionales definidas para la validación de la integridad de los componentes y determinar su apego a especificaciones.
- Participar en el análisis preliminar de fallas en conjunto con el técnico de calidad planta, técnico de mantenimiento, técnico de manufactura y líder de producción para la solución de problemas internos de la línea de producción con las herramientas de solución de problemas disponibles (QRCM o PDCA).
- Escalar los problemas con componentes involucrados después de 30 minutos sin solución al Coordinador de metrología previo análisis preliminar realizado, para asegurar la respuesta rápida a la producción y evitar paros innecesarios.
- Supervisar el trabajo adecuado de las tercerías y su apego a los lineamientos establecidos por Inalfa de México.
- Participar en auditorías de cliente y del sistema (IATF, 14001, 45001, CTPAT, CCAP, VDA 6,3, Q1, BIQs, TRL´s, Auditoría de producto y TISAX) que requiera la organización Cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad de la información (Confidencialidad, integridad, Disponibilidad).
- Crear el reporte de I500 y coordinar las juntas de I500 para soportar al SQI en la administración de la cuarentena.
