Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a **Gerente de Guest Service**, para unirse a nuestro equipo en el hotel **MAJESTIC ELEGANCE COSTA MUJERES**, que trabaje con pasión, que ponga el alma en cada detalle e interacción con nuestros huéspedes, para asegurar que cada huésped viva una experiência única, llena de la calidez, la elegancia y hospitalidad, que caracterizan el estilo de vida de Majestic Resorts.

La misión principal del puesto es garantizar una experiência exitosa a todos nuestros huéspedes, fidelizándoles a través de experiências únicas, que impacten y conquisten su memoria, ofreciendo y fomentando entre su equipo la dedicación, el trato amable y personalizado y la pasión por lo que hacen.

Entre otras, sus funciones principales seran:

- Coordinar y liderar las actividades del equipo a su cargo procurando dar satisfacción en tiempo y en forma en la estancia de los huéspedes.
- Dar la bienvenida a huéspedes VIP y/o con necesidades especiales, atenderlos durante su estadía en cuanto a información, orientación y solicitudes.
- Seguimiento de quejas y solicitudes recibidas, obteniendo solución y satisfacción del huésped.
- Supervisar al personal bajo su cargo en el cumplimiento de las tareas asignadas.
- Licenciatura Turismo/ Mercadotecnia/Comunicación/Relaciones públicas.
- Inglés avanzado, competencia profesional completa en inglés.
- Experiência previa demostrable en posición similar en hotelería de lujo de 3 años, mínimo.
- Conocimiento de herramientas ofimáticas.
- Profesional con capacidad de comunicación avanzada, orientado a la organizacion y con dotes de liderazgo y gestión de conflicto.
