**Buscamos tu talento como**: Agente de Guest Service
Serás responsable de lograr la satisfacción de nuestros/as huéspedes y clientes, trabajando con profesionalismo, entusiasmo y conocimiento necesario para asistir a nuestros/as clientes ante todo reto de servicio que nos reclama y merece.
**Funciones principales**:
Informar de servicios e instalaciones del hotel a nuestros/as huéspedes así como horarios de restaurantes y bares, servicios incluidos y no incluidos dentro del todo incluido.
Respecto a transportaciones al aeropuerto deberá asegurarse que la ha preparado 24 horas antes y dependiendo de la disponibilidad.
Deberá asegurarse de que en todas las transportaciones no exista ningún contratiempo.
Informar de servicios de la Ciudad y la Región, hacer recomendación de lugares de interés así como de eventos que puedan suceder en el área. La transportación y los medios para el traslado. Localización de las áreas debidamente identificadas con mapas o señalamientos bien definidos.
**Conocimientos y habilidades requeridas**:
Licenciatura o carrera técnica en Hotelería, turismo, Administración o afín.
**IDIOMAS**: Inglés avanzado, escrito y oral.
**CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS**: sistemas operativos de hotel, atención al ciente.
Experiência mínima de 6 meses.
**Competencias**: Pensamiento analítico, Proactividad para la excelencia, Planificación y ejecución, Comunicación e influencia, Orientación al cliente interno/ externo y Trabajo en equipo.
