**Cómo será tu día**

Serás miembro del equipo legal de SE México y Centro América con las funciones de asesor de asuntos legales a todas las unidades de negocio de la Compañía, teniendo a cargo el acompañamiento en la toma de decisiones que tengan implicaciones legales, particularmente relacionadas con las transacciones comerciales y la operación de la compañía, así como asesoramiento legal y apoyo en negociaciones ante Clientes y proveedores.

**Cuál es tu responsabilidad**
- Trabajar en conjunto con la Gerencia de la Compañía, aportando en la toma de decisiones estratégicas y con alcance jurídico.
- Asesorar al negocio en cuanto a las distintas alternativas y/o estrategias que puedan presentarse en la resolución de controversias contractuales y administrativas con terceros (clientes, proveedores, entes regulatorios, entre otros
- Asesorar y apoyar al equipo de ofertas en la negociación de contratos, consorcios y sub -contratos con el cliente, con la finalidad de proteger los derechos y facultades de la compañía
- Apoyar negociaciones con contratistas y proveedores.
- Trabajar de manera coordinada con otras áreas de soporte con el fin de atender los distintos requerimientos legales del negocio. (HR, Export Customs, Taxes, EHS, entre otros)
- Gestionar las consultas y asuntos litigiosos que se deban realizar con abogados externos para atender proyectos o situaciones concretas y extraordinarias

**Cuáles son los requisitos para el cargo**
- Profesional titulado en Derecho en México con mínimo de 10 años de experiência acreditada preferentemente en el sector energético, industrial o infraestructura y con conocimiento en temas de contratos y derecho corporativo.
- Título de Posgrado en derecho de la empresa, comercial, contractual, fiscal o comercio exterior
- Nível de Inglés (avanzado, conversacional y escrito)
- Capacidad para analizar asuntos complejos y proponer soluciones prácticas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organizativas y capacidad para apoyar a múltiples grupos de clientes.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en un ambiente de equipo
- Habilidad trascendental: Negociación

- La persona seleccionada trabajará en el área legal de SE México y Centroamérica para brindar servicios legales a los equipos comerciales, técnicos y otras áreas de soporte de la Compañía.
