- Job Summary**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Drives employee recruitment, engagement, and retention.
- Owns human development policy, process, and procedure in a specific location or subset of locations.
- Drives help forward the business in a collaborative and supportive manner.
- Leads the Human Development practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and ongoing development.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of programs, processes, and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals.
- Develops the strategic plan for the site Human Development team to service the existing and future needs of the growing business in the assigned location(s)
- Coach, develop and guide operations supervisors, managers, and other site leaders to help build, maintain, and plan for continual succession of high-performing teams
- Partners closely with talent acquisition, payroll, training, quality assurance, and operations to support and drive the short
- and long-term success of the business, gaining credibility through sound action and positive contributions
- Provide proactive solutions in employee relations that sets the tone for a healthy long-term relationship between site management and employees.
- Quickly recruits and develops top talent to support the changing needs of the BPO business
- Working with senior HD partners, develops and delivers a meaningful, productive, and positive onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Directs the planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee performance results
- Understand Qualfon’s employee benefits programs, and educate employees regarding benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs
- and trends and developing/delivering training to employees on best uses and practices
- Help design, develop, and roll out appropriate employee communications to socialize initiatives, reward and recognize employees, and share key messaging at the site level.
- Make recommendations for changes in programs, processes, and procedures that will have a positive impact on the business.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Develops, leads, and manages the local HD team in a productive and cohesive manner by counseling employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Partners with HD leadership team in training, development, and mentoring HD Generalists, Sr. Generalists, and Managers to become effective site leaders and business partners
- Demonstrates positive financial impact and return on investment from HD initiatives in terms of employee engagement and retention, internal communications, performance management, worker’s compensation administration, leave of absence, etc.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal, state, and local reporting and recordkeeping requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings as necessary and required.
- Area of expertise (Skills)- Certifications / Advanced Studies Required_
- Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal employment law
- Knowledge of standards and principles of human resource management, including but not limited to:

- Standard compensation practices, including total rewards philosophy
- Benefits programs and administration
- Leave management processes
- Talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
- Human resource information systems
- Diversity and inclusion practices
- Other Skills and Experiences (Min)- Educational / Professional Qualifications and Experience_
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in business administration, human resources management, or a related field.
- Certification - Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
- Minimum of 7 years of previous management experience with 3 or more direct reports
- Minimum of 7 years of broad human resources experience across multiple disciplines
- Minimum of 7 years in a consultative human resources business partner capacity demonstrating outstanding listening, empathy, and risk management/mitigation/avoidance tactics
- Minimum of 3 years supporting human resource and business functions in nearshore or offshore locations
- Education- Bachelor Degree
