Te estamos buscando Este rol apoya nuestro negocio al permitir la toma de decisiones y la planificación basada en datos a través de análisis predictivos y descriptivos. Estarás en la primera línea, desarrollando, interpretando y comunicando informes e insights efectivos.

**Hablemos de principales responsabilidades**:
**Análisis de RH**
- Descubrir Tendencias: Identificar y recopilar datos importantes sobre la fuerza laboral y tendencias de RH.
- Colaborar y Analizar: Colaborar con COHRE y líderes de diferentes áreas para realizar análisis descriptivos y predictivos, interpretar los resultados y planificar acciones efectivas.
- Compartir Insights: Presentar tus ideas innovadoras y hallazgos sobre procesos de RH.
- Reportes Estandarizados: Crear y mantener reportes estandarizados sobre temas relevantes para la organización.
- Presentaciones Proactivas: Preparar y presentar análisis de datos sobre temas clave para el negocio (por ejemplo, análisis de tendencias, benchmarking, temas de capital humano).
- Simplificar la Complejidad: Traducir y presentar análisis complejos en ideas fáciles de entender, prácticas y accionables.

**Fuerza Laboral**
- Liderar la Planificación: Encabezar los procesos de presupuestación y planificación de la fuerza laboral (incluyendo planificación de personal y presupuesto salarial) en colaboración con COHRE de Compensación y Finanzas.
- Analizar Tendencias: Analizar datos de la fuerza laboral para detectar tendencias en la organización.
- Impulsar Eficiencia: Colaborar con Finanzas para buscar eficiencias y recomendar acciones.
- Análisis Flexibles: Diseñar y ofrecer análisis ágiles que apoyen la estrategia de la fuerza laboral en colaboración con líderes de negocio y RH.
- Soluciones Prácticas: Formular ideas y recomendaciones prácticas.
- Comunicación con Interesados: Realizar presentaciones claras y atractivas para las partes interesadas.

**Programa de Becarios**
- Coordinar la Selección: Trabajar junto con Evenplan e INROADS para seleccionar becarios para toda la organización.
- Gestionar Procesos: Manejar todas las tareas administrativas y pagos relacionados con los proveedores de becarios.
- Actividades de Becarios: Coordinar actividades relacionadas con los becarios junto con los HRBPs (renovaciones, visitas a la planta, etc.).
- Relaciones con Agencias Gubernamentales
- Coordinar Cuestionarios: Gestionar los cuestionarios de agencias gubernamentales (por ejemplo, INEGI) sobre la gestión de procesos en Colgate.

**Encuesta Interna de Clima Organizacional**
- Supervisar la Aplicación: Coordinar el proceso de aplicación de la encuesta interna.
- Analizar y Definir Tendencias: Analizar resultados y definir las principales tendencias.

**¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?**
- **
Formación**:Licenciatura en un campo relacionado con análisis y presentación de informes de datos (Ingeniería, Negocios, Finanzas, Economía, Estadística, Matemáticas, Contabilidad, etc.).
- ** Experiência**:Al menos 5-8 años de experiência en análisis de datos, idealmente en la industria de productos de consumo.
- ** Colaboración con Líderes**: Experiência comprobada trabajando con líderes empresariales.
- ** Experiência en RH**:Experiência en procesos y programas de RH, con especialización en al menos un área de RH (Compensación, Beneficios, Desarrollo, Reclutamiento, Diversidad e Inclusión, Análisis, etc.). _Deseable_
- ** Conocimientos Técnicos**: Familiaridad con herramientas de software utilizadas por la empresa, como SAP y SuccessFactors.
- ** Herramientas de Análisis de Datos**: Dominio de Tableau u otras herramientas de análisis de datos comparables.
- ** Idiomas**: Nível de Inglés Avanzado
