The Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst supports the business functions by providing master data expertise for business projects and day to day duties related to Materials Master data activities. The analyst will support daily operation for Materials Master File activities for all those Subsidiaries migrated to the CBS.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform and ensure a flawless migration of North America Amazon activities to the CBS.
- Key point of contact with the Business for the day to day activities and consultancy regarding Materials Master File
- Provide the Business with the outstanding service achieving and ensuring SLA compliance
- Develop and implement actions for continuous improvement
- Support special Business projects where it is required MDM participation for data readiness on the Materials Master File
- Monitor process of projects to ensure key breakthrough compliance
- Provide consultancy, training and support in issues resolution
- Support audit processes: internal, corporate and SOX

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree minimum
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of SAP
- 2 years minimum experience on Customer Service, desirable
- 2 years’ experience working on databases management, desirable
- Experience in Audit processes, desirable
