- Reportar horas en SAP
- Cargar en el sistema HELIOS los respaldos de la información solicitada
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los entregables para WP se dan en tiempo y forma TTP
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los entregables para FM se dan en tiempo y forma TTP
- Asegurar la disponibilidad y organización de la información del programa
- Mantener total disponibilidad de comunicación con la cadena jerárquica
- Definir objetivos del área en conjunto con la Gerencia de Logística de Programas
- Establecer acuerdos logísticos con proveedores de acuerdo a políticas de FAURECIA
- Establecer acuerdos logísticos con clientes buscando proteger los intereses de FAURECIA
- Coordinar acciones de mejora que permitan aumentar la eficiencia de los procesos del área.
- Promover la mejora de los procesos a traves de la generación de ideas de mejora.
- Mantener el nível adecuado de involucramiento con la operación, buscando brindar apoyo a los objetivos operacionales de la planta de localización.
- Buscar activamente la capacitación autosuficiente utilizando los medios brindados por FAURECIA
- Preparar reporte semanal y asistir a junta semanal de PC&L programas de RBU.
- Soportar la coordinación de Inventarios Físicos anuales
- Disponibilidad de asistencia a eventos de capacitación e integración

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum education level**:Ing. Industrial, LAE, Lic. Comercio Internacional y/o Carreras afines.**:
**Experience**:
- De 3 a 5 años dentro de la industria automotriz en las áreas de administración de inventarios, control de proveedores, planeación maestra y control de producción, así como en mejora de procesos/flujos logísticos y administración de personal.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Herramientas de cadena logística dentro de la industria automotriz
- Sistemas Kan Ban y FIFO
- Administración e implementación de sistemas ERP
- Estándares de Calidad ISO/TS o equivalente
- Administración de Programas
- Desarrollo de empaques inbound/outbound
- Planeación de Budget, CAPEX y análisis de reportes P&L
