**We are searching for the best talent for Senior Medical Manager Immunology to be in Mexico City.**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Co-leader, manage, and implement the Medical Affairs Immunology strategy defined by the Core Value Team with a focus on the external environment, including identification and/or development of critical paths.
- Link strategy and execution teams, assuring the quality and the quantity of our interactions, as well as the appropriate communication bi-directional, field-CVT of the collected impactful insights from Medical Experts.
- The position includes extensive engagement with external healthcare stakeholders mainly of the public institutions such as KOL, KDM, KAI which are the ones that are going to be seated in the negotiation forums discussing clinical relevance of the therapies and to assure the appropriate, evidence based, preference of our molecules in the market.
- Lead role in shaping the healthcare environment to accelerate patients’ access to innovative therapies and is the responsible to closely work with regional MAF regarding these assets and lead role in life-cycle management of new assets to prepare the CVT and field teams so as a team they can deliver successful launches.
- Strong presence in field escorting MAF field teams ensuring the are receiving coaching, training, and guidance.
- Work closely with medical excellence for the implementation of MAF KPI´s implementing the rituals within the MAF teams and with the CVT to analyze and make the right and timely decisions based on data.
- Must ensure that the Immunology MAF team has the required level of scientific knowledge, business acumen and accountability to win.
- Responsible of the correct usage and allocation of the Immunology medical resources.
- Major role as people leader: responsible for attracting (diverse talent), develop (implementing solid development plans & robust career conversation) & retain talent (reduce voluntary turnover and no regrettable losses)

**Qualifications**:

- MD, Doctor of Medicine
- 10 years of strong and solid background in Pharm Industry
- Immunology experience is a plus, not a must.
- Leadership and People Management experience and skills
- Fluent English
- Strong and solid experience working with cross functional teams.
- Business Acumen
