**Responsibilities**:
You will develop a long-term strategy for growing B2B together with the Sales Manager that aligns with overall corporate and sales goals for the next three years to help achieve 111% growth by EoY 2026. You will remain fully informed on market trends, identify relevant sources for and data on customers, competitors, industry sectors, vertical markets & products and leverage that information to help our management teams optimize both the overall corporate strategy, as well as specific aspects of our sales and marketing approach.

This includes leading and developing a detailed and holistic content strategy. You will be determining the types, channels and topics for our B2B content, and map it to conversion stages, help improve automatic lead scoring based on content interactions and work with our content teams and external writers to create technical reports, white papers, presentations or other advanced content for the audiences you determine. You will work with the other members of the marketing team on optimizing the content you create in terms of SEO, keywords and targeting and help them plan out and succeed with PPC/promotional activities relating to that B2B content.

You will help develop B2B for new segments including office furniture, smart home blinds and adjustable beds from scratch and conceptualize industries, verticals, markets, core competencies and UVPs and help appraise new ideas for market viability. You will advise Sales and R&D teams on the types of products they should be working on, based on your market research and GTM strategy.

You will lead the development of advanced and hyper-targeted inbound campaigns using an account-based approach including targeting, mapping the buyers’ journey, messaging, segmentation, optimization, A/B testing and personalization at scale. You will advise on the software, capabilities and methodology needed to achieve high performing ABM at scale and leverage your marketing and industry experience to overcome the challenges we face with ABM today.

You will be responsible for the success of the B2B growth marketing strategy, tactics and initiatives you design and execute and will be reporting directly to upper management.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong Background in B2B marketing for a manufacturing/technical type business with minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership/key role
- Experience working with a B2B manufacturing/technical type business on Online and Content Strategy in a key role.
- Experience with targeting and segmenting specific customers for a manufacturing or technical type business.
- Experience with designing, implementing and executing ABM strategies with a proven track record of success.
- Deep understanding of personalized advertising and the tools/data/approaches necessary to execute it.
- Experience with B2B online marketing metrics for companies with a long sales cycle and methodologies for tracking such as revenue attribution models.
- Very good English on a native speaker level.
- Experience working with SDR teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver campaigns that resonate with prospects and deliver pipeline.
- Experience directly working with ABM platforms, such as Terminus, DemandBase or RollWorks.

It is optional but helpful if you have experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Asana and SEMRush.

- A strong drive to document processes, results and challenges and analyzing those to continuously improve performance and strategy.
- The ability to develop a deep understanding of our customers, products, and the buyer’s journey.
