Position: B2B Sales ManagerAre you a Sales dynamo with a passion for Web3, blockchain, and crypto? As a B2B Sales Manager at BeInCrypto, you'll connect with top companies eager to advertise on our platform.
What you’ll do:- Client Attraction and Deal Closure: Identify and attract high-potential companies for advertising. Negotiate and close multiple sales deals comfortably over $50K.
- Proactive Lead Generation: Search for high-quality global companies, understand their needs, and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Tailored Strategies: Develop customized sales strategies for clients to maximize value.
- Transparency: Provide regular reports on lead status and sales progress.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple negotiations, demonstrating responsibility and accountability.
- Effective Communication: Showcase excellent communication skills and objection handling.
- Diligence: Work diligently, staying self-motivated and responsive.
- Market Insight: Conduct regular research on market trends and technologies.
- Proven Sales Experience Record: A track record of closing large deals in the crypto marketing space.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English or C1/C2 level.
- SQL Close Rate: Average close rate greater than 35%.
- Web3 Network: Strong network and relationships in the Web3 space.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Operational Discipline: Ensure accountability and responsibility for streamlined operations.
- Remote Work: Minimum 6-12 months of remote work experience.
- Industry Experience: Extensive experience in media, advertising, and related fields.
- Agency Experience: Experience in Marketing Agencies, particularly crypto marketing agencies.
- Education: BSc. degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
