What you’ll do
- Ser el principal punto de contacto con el cliente en la fase de set-up de proyectos y gestión de cuentas.
- Participar y coordinar activamente la generación de propuestas estratégicas orientadas al cumplimiento de objetivos de nuestros clientes.
- Gestionar el P&L de cada cuenta.
- Responsabilizarse de la configuración y entrega de los reportes de seguimiento, internos y externos de las cuentas a su cargo.
- Agilizar la difusión de materiales, promociones y cambios desde cliente a equipo operativo.
- Organizar y consolidar la documentación para brindar estatus con el cliente.
- Preparar el cierre de actividad mensual para proceder a la facturación y provisión de costos.
- Detectar, con la colaboración del Account Director y el equipo de trabajo, oportunidades y reajustes para cumplir los objetivos de campañas de los clientes.
- Participar en la elaboración de planes de medios para los clientes asignados.
- Planificar e implementar campañas de medios digitales.
- Definir y asegurar calidad de servicio al cliente, mejoras al servicio, campañas de Medios digitales.
- Contacto y presentación de reportes con clientes.
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento de contratos de servicio.

What you’ll bring
Estudios Universitarios: en Mercadotecnia, Marketing Digital, o carreras Económico Administrativas.
- Conocimiento avanzado de marketing digital y dominio de terminología.
- Experiência en estrategias y métricas digitales (Analytics, Adwords Business Manager, Comscore).
- Gestión de proyectos.
- Habilidad para detectar necesidades que están asociadas con el problema clave a solucionar.
- Habilidad para colaborar efectivamente con el equipo a través de sesiones de trabajo colaborativo, talleres y otras técnicas.
- Deberá priorizar actividades.
- Planificar e implementar campañas de medios digitales.
- Definir y asegurar calidad de servicio al cliente, mejoras al servicio, campañas de medios digitales.
- Negociación con medios.
- Contacto y presentación de reportes con clientes.
- Generación de reportes.
- Análisis, monitoreo y optimización de campañas de medios.
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento de contratos de servicio.
- Office: Word, Excel (90%), Power Point, Conocimientos en: Zoho, Basecamp, Gsuite.
- Habilidades de negociación.
- Manejo de información confidencial.
- Capacidad de análisis.
- Inglés intermedio avanzado.
- Excelente ortografía y comunicación oral y escrita.
