**Administrator, Regulatory Support | Level: Staff III**

**This position reports to: Tiffany Brown, Supervisor, GRA & Product Compliance**

STATEMENT:
The Administrator, Regulatory Support will be responsible for processing regulatory document and sample requests to assist the regional teams in obtaining and maintaining registrations and/or authorizations necessary for commercialization of food, food supplements, dietetic products, energy drinks, and personal care products in the regions of responsibility. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the coordination of the Record Retention program on behalf of the department.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

- Manage regulatory document and sample requests for Herbalife Nutrition and contract manufacturers by processing incoming requests, maintaining status updates, and archiving completed requests
- Treat document and sample requests as top priority and effectively manage deadlines to ensure registration and regulatory timelines are met.
- Obtain additional authentication as needed for document requests.
- Serve as a liaison between Regional Regulatory Affairs, cross functional departments, and global manufacturers to follow up accordingly for document and sample requests.
- Review documents against supporting data for accuracy. Ensure appropriate format is used.
- Coordinate shipment of documents and samples and ensure that all shipping documentation is fulfilled for international customs clearance.
- Compile metrics for completed document and sample requests on an annual basis and as needed.
- Support with trainings on document and sample request process for GRA.
- Serve as Record Retention Coordinator for the department by archiving, organizing, and tracking department files according to company retention policy.
- Support corporate and regional teammates in special projects.
