Responsable de ejecutar estrategia para dar seguimiento en Relaciones laborales, monitorear el ambiente laboral interno y externo, vigiliar el cumplimiento a la LFT, CCt y RIT y administración de la relación laboral (colectiva e individual).

**Actividades principales**:

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales
- Responsable de llevar estadísticas, seguimientos y estrategias de reducción de Ausentismo y rotación
- Responsable de mantener un ambiente laboral sano en la planta
- Realizar monitoreo de Servicios y establecer estrategias de mejora
- Monitorear y asegurar el proceso de adaptación de personal de nuevo ingreso
- Responsable de llevar estadísticas, seguimientos y estrategias de reducción de ausentismo y rotación
- Responsable de mantener un ambiente laboral sano en la planta
- Realizar monitoreo de servicios y establecer estrategias de mejora

**Requisitos principales**:

- Carrera terminada (administración o afín)
- Inglés avanzado (indispensable)
- Manejo de MS Office

**Salary**: $27,000.00 - $42,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English advanced (preferred)
